No breakfast offered but did like the fact that the room had a little kitchenet with a microwave.
The bed was comfortable, the view outside was very pleasant, I know there is still work in process and would not hesitate to go back when all work and plans are in place.
I wasn't there long enough to make a informed comment

Lovely host, very friendly and welcoming, room and facilities were clean and tidy, great value for money, no complaints at all

this is a work in progress, the house is being renovated at the moment. We got there as arranged at 4pm there was still work going on in our room and bathroom. the bathroom is new and although small very nice , Once the renovations are finished I am sure it will be beautiful. The lady that we saw was very friendly and helpful providing taxi numbers and having a chat with us
we went out for the evening and when we returned we noticed there were no light switches or ceiling lights, we had to walk to the other end of the room down 2 steps to where the beds were in the dark to get to a lamp this could be very dangerous also only power point in the room was for the TV kettle and lamps were run off of an extension lead these issues need fixing
