I like that the living area is spacious in the living Kitchen area yet cosy. That there is also an outdoor Toilet. The beds are very good and it's a great position. We had our 2-year-old granddaughter with us and it felt child friendly without concerns of anything being damage. It's a warm and inviting space for all. I think this was our fourth stay at the Cosy Cottage and yes, we will be back.

I find locked boxes hard to open with my nails, but I eventually get it. That's the same with all property with a locked box. It would be great to have the lock box under cover for when it rains which obviously it does during the winter months.

location was good and house was comfy with all we needed inside the house
down side- for a pet friendly property there is no secure yard- no fence to block the back yard from the street, also the back yard path froze over, no lights and couldn't see- slipped over and caused a heck of a bruise and pain. The house was freezing inside when we arrived, it took a while to warm up so keep that in mind, factor that in if you have little ones.

Very comfy and spacious house close to the centre of Ararat. Great to have mini heaters in every room and kitchen was very well equipped. Would recommend!
