The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially liked the first room we stayed in. The unit had everything we needed for a short stay, and the location was convenient for getting around Cebu City.
The biggest issue was the check in process and the constant change of accommodation. Initially, we were informed that our booked unit at Avida Riala was unavailable and were asked to transfer to another condo near Ayala Landers not sure abt the name but i thinks it’s taft east gate. We had already booked a Grab and ended up paying a cancellation penalty because of the last minute change. After heading to the alternative location, we were then told that a unit at Avida Riala had become available. We were first placed in Tower 4 and then moved again to Tower 3 the following day. The multiple changes were confusing and inconvenient, and it made the check in experience stressful instead of smooth. In addition, the second room was not as good as the first one. It was less clean, felt more basic, and did not meet the same standard as the room we initially stayed in.

Make sure you ask for the address Wasted time and money finding the place . A mirror in the bathroom would be nice and bring your own soap
