The location is convenient if you are staying in the valley (Cumbaya, Tumbaco) etc but not an ideal location for Quito. It is right behind a delicious bakery/cafe (Okü) which has wonderful smells first thing in the morning. There is a mall and supermarket within walking distance and a small choice of restaurants on the same street.
The unit itself has a large bedroom with ample closet space. The shower is big though tall people may have to crouch down under the shower head. The kitchen has all that you need for cooking light meals. Living and dining space a little small but enough for a couple and a child.
Nothing big to dislike. As it is a garden unit, it does get a lot of light in the bedroom but is quite dark in the living area. There is little privacy as the walkway to the back is along the living area window. But you just need to close the blinds when you need privacy. Parking can be a bit tight if you have a big car.
