The room was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
One thing that made our stay even more special was the ice bath facility, which is quite unique and not something you can easily find at other hotels in the Kedonganan area we also very much enjoy the Signature Afternoon Tea with beautiful boat.
We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely love to come back someday, hopefully with our family next time. Highly recommended!

Great location for an overnight stay, close to beaches and very close to airport. Good communication pre-checkin and was simple to get pickup from Nusa Dua port (at extra cost).
Good breakfast
New property and team trying very hard
Extra Car transfers not cheap
Mattress was ok but could be firmer

In particolare nulla.
