I love the place and love the layout of the apartment. I have stayed here on previous occasions hence why I choose to book here when I am in Birmingham.
However due to the excessive heat we had this week I really appreciated the extra fans to accommodate us so big thank you for that! The staff are always exceptional all information is sent way before arrival. Easy access and you have everything you need. I cannot fault it. If you are looking for a value for money place to stay I highly recommend

The apartment is fine for few nights. Walking distance from the center.
The apartment was not cleaned before us - dust and hair on the floor and stairs. Living room table has some kind of brown stains. And I received check-in information well after check-in time and only by asking. Also the sofabed was not made ready for us - had to call also about that.
Also be aware that the street where the apartment is located has lot's of trash and abandoned stuff like shopping carts with more trash as no one seem to care..
