The location is good if you like your stay in an open close to nature spot. The security guards were very kind to wash our vehicle which was spot free. They did this out of courtesy without any expectations which was commendable. The staff is friendly and hard working. The food is freshly made to order and tastes good. We loved the pakora platter and the chutney.
The hotel/resort fails to deliver even basic requirements expected from a property like this. The staff refused to offer extra pillows, comforters or even soap. Mineral water is chargeable, we can ask for RO water to be refilled. The sewage system is not constructed well as the washrooms always have a subtle foul odour. The ceiling fan stopped working on the second night and due to constant power cuts, we were too exhausted to ask for help in the middle of the night. The breakfast was served late but as I mentioned , the food tastes nice and is not very spicy. During the weekends, expect delays in services as the staff is limited.
