Amazing location right on edge of town and close to swimming spots too. Nice spacious apartment, well equipped, even had beach towels and umbrellas to use.

The apartment was really great, we stayed for two weeks and had everything we needed. It was beautifully renovated and the most beautiful part was the roof terrace with view over the sea! We loved having our coffee there every morning.
Matteo was the best host we could have asked for, helping us with tips for things to do, new towels and even brought by a sewing kit when i needed to attach a button on my shirt!
Would absolutely recommend and if we ever go back to Monopoli we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything Matteo!

Perfect location. Newly renovated comfortable apartment with an epic view terrace. The hist is super friendly and helpfull.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, right on the beachfront and only a five-minute walk from the town centre. We especially loved having access to the rooftop terrace, which offers beautiful views of both the sea and the cathedral, as well as the small private balcony with a table and chairs. The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The host was also very friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made the whole experience even better.
Current building works on the beachfront meant access to the beach area directly outside was not available but this is only temporary and we were aware when we booked
