Several toilets available, breakfast and towel included, nice terrace, helpful recepcionist and workers
Mattress were super soft and unconfortable;
a lot of rules written everywhere threatening with fines but also people smoking joints all around (I don't really care but it is a bit incoherent with all those rules charts around);
Area for breakfast and checking in is really small and unconfortable.
