£20 to get the room cleaned after your arrival

You had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the room and the room number was drawn on by marker? There one one knife for our stay with 2 guests The bed covers where covered in stains along with the pillows. When we mentioned this we were told we would need to pay £20 to get the cleaner in so that we could sleep there!! We ended up sleeping without the pillows or covers for one night and left the next morning so we lost out on our 2 night stay as it was unacceptable.

Great location, would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely lovely apt, very clean and in a great location.

Think you should let people know about the stairs, very steep and a lot of them. We were on the top floor the third, we are in our 60s but reasonably fit. I know a lot of my friends of the same age would have had great difficulty getting up them!
