It’s extremely rare to find great people in this world. The staff here were always very friendly kind and helpful. Never once did I feel threatened or as if I was not welcomed. Coming from America not speaking Georgian you could see how one would be easily feel embarrassed less empowered or even overwhelmed. They gave me a safe space to land, and just be for a few weeks. I will forever be in there debt.

Konumu harikaydıııı bayıldım heryere çok kolay bir şekilde ulaşım sağlayabiliyorsunuz ayrıca sokak sokak gezebilirsiniz sıkılmazsınız. Çalışanlar çok iyiydi Elçin abla olsun (çok iyi kalplı sakin birisi) Narin abla olsun ki maşallah 7 dile konuşuyor çok yardımsever ikiside. Narin abla jet hızıyla sürekli birşeylere yetişmeye çalışıyor ( arka planda da sürekli halil abi onu çağırıyor 😅)otelin çok tatlı bir terası da var… oda da kettle çay kahve de var kullanabilirsiniz bu arada her kişi için diş fırçası ve diş macunu paketleri vardı :) iyi ki bu oteli seçmişim 🌸
Sadece odamız biraz dardı ve ayınlatması yetersizdi o da büyük ihtimalle lambadandı :(

Great location , friendly staff , kettle and fridge in the room
Bed was quite uncomfortable, but otherwise loved this place and would recommend !

Located right in the city centre, clean. Towels, slippers and basic toiletries provided, coffee and tea iin the room. Enough sockets. You meet other travellers there.
- the AC was located above the upper bunk right above my head (no other bed was available), I was freezing all night
- no curtains or window blinds, the room was full of light from the street all night
- the toilet got blocked on the second day
- mould in the bathroom
- nowhere in the bathroom to put your clothes
- there is a big wardrobe but no lockable lockers
- building and room don't lock
