Possibility my worst experience

The only good thing was the location of this place. Very close to the Calangute beach.

Where should I start with? 1. The rooms are filled with cockroaches.My friends needed to change the room all together. 2. Asked for room service multiple times but didn't get any. 3. The room in itself was filthy. 4. Food was dreadful. I travel multiple times in a year. Haven't seen as bad as this anywhere. The place actual name is Shivam Resort. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Had the worst experience.

WORST EXPERIENCE. AVOID IT. BIG NOOO

WORST EXPERIENCE, Big NOOO. They are goons and scammers. Do not book this hotel. there is no property with name “Sunlight stay”. once you reach to the location, they will share another location on whatsapp. that is “Shivan Resort” and you can see the reviews on google for this “Shivan resort” property. that is worst property ever. I booked this property but when I reached there to check-in, there was construction work going on. they asked extra money for the room that I booked. they are even not ready to give AC remote. they said our AC’s gets ruined so we do not share remote. if you feel cold, turn off the AC or come to us we will set the temperature for you.

Washrooms are very bad. Not clean heater not working doors are not closing many issues even the main door lock. Also more cleaning is required

The pool-facing room was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing view of the pool. The property has convenient parking and a nice sitting area to unwind. Restaurant service is also available in the room, which makes the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a pleasant place for a relaxing stay.

A wonderful pool property in the Calangute area! The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a short distance from the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families and friends looking for a peaceful getaway in North Goa.
