Trailer is located in Pincher Creek - within 1 hour of over 30 provincial and national parks. ***NO Cleaning FEE!!*** In lieu of the cleaning fee, the renter is expected to return the RV in the same condition and cleanliness that they received it in. All required cleaning supplies will be provided. Rentals returned uncleaned will be charged a $100 fee from the damage deposit. ***Please have the Grey & Black tanks emptied before returning or there is a $150 emptying fee*** ***Please have the propane tanks filled before returning or there is a $75 fee (please provide a receipt when returning the RV)*** ***We do not permit excessive travel on gravel roads or crown camping due to excessive wear and tear.
