Manager Remya, staff shine were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfy. Remya communicated really well, accomodated cbeck out and check in delays, offered guidance about local shopping and even offered help as and when needed. Shine is another cheerful young lad who helped move luggages.to 3rd floor and during checkout, smiling and being there when you need. I wpuld come again if both are there.
Yet to find a reason, having an elevator may ease taking stairs for older people but nothing else

Staff behavior, Location was good , Room cleanliness is good.
About Washroom/toilet, Flush is not working properly, Faucet is leaking and not working properly, western toilet is not working properly, also a bad smell inside the toilet.
No Brush or paste provided ,only a soap is provided inside the toilet, No hand wash provided.
