Deixou a desejar

A casa estava limpa, mas a garagem é super apertada. Muitos hóspedes das casas vizinhas acabam deixando o carro para fora, o que dificulta ainda mais as manobras porque a casa fica numa ruela. O aquecedor não funcionou, e as mantas são muito finas para os 5°C que pegamos. O que mais me aborreceu foi a demora para receber uma resposta. Mais de 40min para retornarem quando entrei em contato.

Um pesadelo

Gostei muito quando fui embora.

Já na chegada, tive problemas. No anúncio constava "casa 6", mas no check-in me mandaram para a "casa 10". O cofre das chaves não abria e ninguém me atendia; só consegui abri-lo após 15 minutos tentando. A primeira surpresa foi a garagem: o carro não entra de jeito nenhum. Mesmo acostumado às vagas apertadas da Zona Sul do Rio, achei a manobra impraticável e o carro teve que dormir na rua. A localização também é ruim: fica num bairro isolado, no fim de uma rua escura e suja, ao lado de um terreno baldio, com lixo no chão, gatos invadindo a casa e cães latindo a noite toda. O imóvel é muito simples, padrão habitação popular (estilo Minha Casa, Minha Vida), e só tem um banheiro. Os utensílios de cozinha são contados; é um absurdo eu avisar que iriam cinco pessoas e só haver quatro cadeiras. O banheiro foi um caso à parte. O vaso sanitário ficou entupido por mais de uma semana, provavelmente por falha na tubulação ou na fossa. Há um aviso mal-intencionado pedindo para não jogar papel no vaso, mas não jogamos nenhum dia e o problema persistiu. Comprei mais de 6 kg de ácido e não resolveu. Foi impossível usá-lo, tornando a estadia insalubre. Além disso, a janela do banheiro e a porta da cozinha têm vidros transparentes, permitindo que os vizinhos vejam quem está tomando banho no box. Isso é grave, pois comprometeu a privacidade dos meus filhos (crianças e adolescentes). A comunicação com o anfitrião é impossível, só dão desculpas evasivas. No primeiro dia, houve um problema com o cadeado e passaram a semana toda sem repor a peça, deixando o portão aberto e o local ainda mais inseguro. Para completar, até na saída houve descaso: me enviaram a senha errada para devolver a chave. Não retornaria nem de graça.
