Lovely stay

Beautiful place very cosy and relaxing. Beds were lovely and comfortable. Smelt beautiful all the way through the property. The property was lovely and spacious. Owner was very welcoming and communicative.

I would just recommend a tv in the bedroom or where the sofa is situated.

Poor Cleanliness and No Response to Invoice Request

When I arrived at the property, I went straight to bed. Unfortunately, the bed did not feel fresh or properly cleaned at all. There was a strong smell of women’s perfume, I found long hairs in the bed, and there was also a large stain on the sheets. This was extremely disappointing, as cleanliness and fresh bedding are basic expectations when staying at an accommodation. As this was a business trip, I also requested an invoice. Before my arrival, I called the property and was specifically told that I would receive an invoice after my stay. Unfortunately, after checking out, I made several written requests for the invoice, but I never received one. I also tried to raise a formal complaint directly with the property management, but I received no response whatsoever. Overall, I am very disappointed with the way my stay and subsequent requests were handled. The poor cleanliness of the accommodation, failure to provide the promised invoice, and complete lack of response to my complaints are all unacceptable.
