Location, location, location!!
This apartment could not have been in a better location. At the bottom of Salita Serbelloni (the most photographed street in Bellagio) with a balcony feel for people watching below, you can also see the lake in the other direction )from the corner of the balcony) and are literally just steps away from the lake-front bars, shops and ferry ports. From stepping off a ferry to entering the apartment is under a minute! Disappearing from the hustle and bustle into your own private escape feels like a secret magic trick. I expected the apartment to be a bit ‘rustic Italian’ but it was actually much more modern and polished than that. There is everything you need, furnishings are comfortable and attractive - there is no compromise for the wonderful location! The apartment was also rather than we expected - unlike some places, the photos do not flatter to deceive, rather they don’t do it full justice.
The front door to the apartment building (not the actual apartment itself) needs a good shove to close properly behind you. The building is charmingly old and it felt authentically Italian slamming shut the beautiful heavy wooden door!

The location was very good
Very central. A nice balcony. A lovely small shop underneath.
The couch bed is not fit for purpose Charging for this bed was a joke.The door to the balcony didn't close properly so we could hear the hussle and bussle of the street Towel rack in the bathroom was broken.There was a smell of must in the hallway.
