Poziom komfortu nie odpowiadają podanej cenie.

Jest wspólna kuchnia dla wszystkich pokoi, dobrze wyposażona, zmywarka jest dostępna. Na terenie znajdują się również grill, trampolina i huśtawka. Właściciel jest bardzo miłą i uprzejmą osobą.

Zarezerwowaliśmy i opłaciliśmy apartamenty bez opinii za 540 zł. Byliśmy przekonani, że cały dom będzie do naszej dyspozycji, ponieważ podróżowaliśmy z dwójką dzieci. Jednak przy zameldowaniu czekała nas niespodzianka — na terenie przebywali już inni goście, którzy spędzali czas z alkoholem na podwórku. W domu są 4 pokoje, nasz znajdował się na drugim piętrze. W opisie podano 6 łóżek pojedynczych i 1 podwójne, w rzeczywistości było 6 łóżek pojedynczych, z czego 4 znajdowały się pod dachem. Układ pomieszczeń budzi poważne i uzasadnione obawy pod względem bezpieczeństwa: w części sypialnej pod dachem nie ma okien ani żadnego wyjścia awaryjnego, co w praktyce oznacza brak pełnej drogi ewakuacji. W przypadku sytuacji awaryjnej może to stanowić potencjalne zagrożenie dla życia osób tam przebywających. Z drugiej strony domu teren nie jest zagospodarowany — widać to również na zdjęciach. W opisie pokoju był balkon, jednak nie ma na niego wyjścia — obecnie jest w trakcie budowy i stanowi jedynie wylaną betonową konstrukcję. Ręczniki początkowo nie były dostępne, ale na prośbę zostały dostarczone. Meble oraz pościel są niskiej jakości. Mam nadzieję, że ta opinia będzie pomocna i pozwoli innym uniknąć podobnych nieporozumień przy wyborze zakwaterowania.
