For the price, the stay was really good. The room was new, clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and made our stay comfortable. Overall, good value for money.
Since the room and furniture were new, the new furniture smell was quite strong. Maybe using a mild room fragrance would help reduce it.

We had a very good stay at Meracle Inn, part of the Avera property. This time, we booked a private suite, and overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant experience.
The biggest advantage of Meracle Inn is that it offers good-quality rooms at very reasonable prices. We usually choose this property when visiting the nearby hospital because of its convenient location, and this was not our first stay here. Our previous experiences have also been good.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Apart from some minor points, everything else was fine, and we had a very pleasant stay. The property offers good value for money, the staff are cooperative, and the overall experience was positive.
We would definitely consider staying at Meracle Inn again whenever we visit the area. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and excellent value for money.
There were a couple of minor issues during this stay. At the time of check-in, we noticed that the fan in the room was not working. We immediately informed the staff, and they responded promptly and made an effort to get it fixed. They informed us that a technician would come, but unfortunately, the fan could not be repaired during our stay. However, we appreciate that the staff took the issue seriously and tried their best to resolve it.
We also noticed Tobacco packets placed on top of the wardrobe, which may have been accidentally left behind during the previous room clearance. Since it was placed on top of the wardrobe, it may simply have been overlooked. It was not a major issue, but we thought it was worth mentioning.

Bed is not ok, wifi is not ok disconnected automatically, tv channel is functioning, washroom is not showed same as in picture.
