Spacious and within walking distance of most attractions.
A few vanes were missing from the blinds in the living room/kitchen area and in the master bedroom, which made it pretty bright first thing in the morning. We have a toddler, so there was no sleeping in anyways. Easy fix too.

The beds were comfortable & adequate bedding was provided.
I was very disappointed with my stay. Unfortunately, the apartment did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. There were clumps of hair and loose hair throughout the apartment, as well as small decorative jewels scattered throughout the carpet that we repeatedly stepped on. I messaged the host about these concerns and was told, “We will take care of this immediately.” However, there was no follow-up, and the issue was never addressed during our stay.
There was also a frustrating issue regarding access to the building. The check-in instructions clearly state that there is only one key fob for the unit and that all guests listed on the reservation can be granted elevator access by security. I made sure to provide the information for every guest staying with me for this exact reason. Despite this, the security staff member working at night repeatedly refused to allow my family to access the elevator and was extremely rude and unhelpful in the process.
I contacted the host again and even provided a screenshot of the instructions stating that registered guests could be granted access by security. Rather than addressing the discrepancy or helping resolve the situation, I was simply told, “Please use the key fob.” With only one key fob provided for the entire unit, this was neither practical nor consistent with the instructions we had been given.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and unresolved access issues made the stay unnecessarily frustrating. I reached out during the stay to give the host an opportunity to address these concerns, but unfortunately, no meaningful resolution was provided.
