Would never stay here again. Wish I hadn’t this time.

We stayed in the only two bedroom with terrace in the apartment compound. I estimate there were approximately 10 units total in the compound. Interior and exterior were clean, it felt very safe and secure. Bathrooms were nice and beds were fairly comfortable despite seeming cheap.

There wasn’t any air conditioning and it’s advertised as having it. It was miserably hot and horrible and only April (65 F outside but 75 inside). First we were told it was centralized and they would turn it down. It got even hotter. They allegedly sent someone to check it out but we weren’t there so they sent us a video of how to operate it. We were already operating it correctly. Then they said that they can’t offer heat and a/c at the same time and “statistics said their customers wanted heat.” I asked for fans, it was so sweaty, but all she could offer was “open the windows.” We opened them and so did all the other apartments. At 3:30am I awoke to other occupants having very loud intercourse that echoed out their window, into the enclosed court yard and into everyone else’s apartments. At 4:30 am 2 women were in a screaming match for over 20 mins. The courtyard is lit up with 100+ lights and you cannot use blackout curtains if the windows need to be open. It might have been worse than being drenched in sweat from the night before with no A/C and the windows closed. The unit was tiny (2 bed 2 bath, with Terrace). You had to “tight rope walk” or crawl over the full size (not queen) bed to get to one of the bathrooms. The sofa was unbearably uncomfortable we couldn’t sit on it. The bath towels were small and made of synthetic material that didn’t dry. The kitchen had the bare minimum, no corkscrew, only 4 coffee pods for 4 nights and 2 paid guest, no paper towels or napkins, and only a tiny bit of hand soap in the bathroom. The terrace that we paid extra for: not a single chair or any furniture. Note there were 40 stairs to the unit and an additional 15 to the terrace. I have traveled all over the EU and I rely on reviews to guide me on booking accommodations. This is one of the more expensive places I’ve stayed over the last 10 years. I thought I was splurging but it was disappointing to put it politely. This is my true and honest review.

Éramos un grupo de 6 y nos gustó mucho la ubicación (aunque hay q tener en cuenta q con el coche es difícil entrar).

Echamos en falta más accesorios como un tendedero para la ropa, horno o lavadora. El apartamento olía bastante a humedad y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Por último, q tuviesen piscina estaba guay pero es muy pequeñita y estaba sucia.
