Locatie was erg goed. Vlakbij de zee, restaurants en Marsalforn. Alles was aanwezig in het appartement. Koffie, thee, airco, afwasmiddel, wasmachine enz. Het was schoon en erg ruim. Eigenaresse reageerde direct op apps. Heel fijn. Zou zo weer terug gaan en het iedereen aanbevelen.
De waterdruk van de douche kon wat beter.

Hospitality and cleanliness need to be completely revisited: Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The hospitality and overall cleanliness of the property need significant improvement. The standard of cleanliness was not what I expected, and the level of hospitality did not make me feel particularly welcomed or comfortable during my stay.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and revisits both the cleaning standards and the approach to guest service, as these are essential aspects of a positive stay.
