The property is in an excellent location and has a wonderful setting and pool! The apartments are in a great position near the pool and a short walk to the river and along the river to the beach! It is also conveniently positioned to buses literally 2 mins away!
The property was clean and the staff were efficient when called….. however given that we had in advance emailed our arrival time there was no one to greet us and we had to make a number of phone calls which cost money and time in searing heat with our cases unable to enter the property which had a gate code that we were not given beforehand.
We waited 20-30 minutes outside!!!
The property itself even given the excellent location needs seriously updating. With missing essential items in the kitchen.
We have stayed at the Robinson twice before where we had full staff on site 24/7 and everything was run so efficiently. Unfortunately it has now lost that perfect touch.
We didn’t once see anyone clean the pool although it appeared clean.
Overall it has made us consider other locations which is very sad as we loved being holiday guests at the Robinson
