Great location of the apartment in a new residential complex! Everything is very clean. The apartment was clean, well-kept, high. With full inclusion. Parking is closed. We did not worry about the car in the parking lot. Location close to the center. Easy to get to the center, and 20 minutes by car to the beach. Everything is great. Bathroom, kitchen, balcony. We are 1000% satisfied. We will definitely repeat our trip and will use your services!

To be fair, the apartment itself was clean and spacious, which was a positive aspect of our stay. However, the complete lack of responsiveness from the staff and the difficulties with check-in made the overall experience very disappointing. Good accommodation is important, but having someone reachable when guests encounter problems is equally essential.
Unfortunately, our experience was quite stressful, mainly because the staff was completely unreachable when we encountered problems during check-in. We called more than six times, contacted them through Booking.com, and also sent messages via WhatsApp, but received no response at all.
It seemed that they considered their responsibility finished after sending us the check-in instructions. When we had trouble following the instructions, there was simply no assistance or follow-up. At one point, we genuinely thought we might not even have a place to sleep that night, which was extremely stressful after travelling.
The location was also quite difficult to find. Our Uber driver had trouble locating the property, and there was no convenient drop-off directly in front of the apartment.
On top of that, the lift was broken on the day we arrived, which made getting our luggage upstairs even more difficult.
