立地が非常によかったです。駅に近いのがとても便利でした。石の教会やトンボの湯周辺の観光エリアも徒歩圏内です。勿論駅からバス利用もできます。お宿の周辺には素敵な飲食店もいろいろありました。
お部屋、共有スペース等、いずれも素朴且つシンプル、そして清潔で居心地がよかったです。お宿の1階のBARや隣接しているコーヒー屋さんでもよい時間を過ごすことができました。
洗面所は1ヶ所なので、場合によっては待ち時間が発生します。
共有スペースには電子レンジや冷蔵庫、電気ポットと簡単な食器や割りばし等があります。ただ、流しがないので、自分の水筒や電気ポットを洗う時には階下の洗面所を利用しました。買ってきたパンや持参したインスタントスープ、隣接のコーヒー屋さんのコーヒーで朝食をいただきました。
お部屋に鏡があると助かります。また、ハンガーもあるとありがたいです（ハンガーは貸していただきました、ありがとうございました。）
共有スペースにはカップ的なもの（又は紙コップ）があるとなおよいと思います（洗面所の紙コップを使わせていただきました。）

綺麗で良い！コンパクトだから、1階のバーもお隣のカフェも、ゲストとスタッフの距離が近くて良いと思いました☺️

とにかく立地が良く、中軽井沢駅にも近く、星野エリアへも徒歩で行けます。
ベッドがふかふかで、とても気持ち良かったです。
全体的に掃除が行き届いており、とてもキレイでした。
部屋に鏡があると嬉しかったです。
