The hotel location was ideal for us. A $7 taxi ride from the Train Station (cheaper than tram for 4 people) and within a block of multiple tram and bus lines. If going to Miyajima Island, the #2 tram is 1 block away and costs 240 yen to go to the end of the line where you walk a minute to the ferry to the island (another 200-300 yen). Same #2 tram arrives at the Peace Park area within 4 stops or can walk about 1km. Big plus was a washer/dryer IN THE ROOM. It would be helpful if operating directions were provided in English. Room had a fridge with a real freezer and a microwave as well as a kettle. Dishes also provided. Also, a large safe for secure storage of items. Soft PJs provided but Japanese size so don't be surprised if they don't fit. Great water pressure in shower. Added bonus, FREE soft drinks and snacks in lobby area everyday from 10am-10pm. Bed was comfortable. Lots of toiletry items available for free in the lobby. Very close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. We did not partake of breakfast at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
Gym was a treadmill and a bike. Nothing else. Room needs a larger trashcan. Vending Area should be more properly named Ice Machine. That is all I saw in that area.

We stayed for two nights at Tokyu Stay and it was the perfect base to see the city.
We’d had a long day travelling and the room was a great size for two people, amazing shower and comfortable bed, and very quiet even in a central location.
Tram stops are nearby and the main spots are accessible within a 15 minute walk. There was a simple breakfast included of toast/pastries and tea/coffee which set us up for the day.
The breakfast could have had more variety - even some cereal or fruit would have been good but otherwise it was lovely
