1. Staff was helpful. 2. Express Laundry was nice service. 3. Inside the hotel there is a small cafe where one can drink a cup of coffee. 4. Cihapit is located just 200 meters away, where one can enjoy local cuisine with affordable price.
No shampoo, no soap/shower gel, no slippers in the toilet, no proper ventilation, Wifi is slow, the tap was broken in the second-floor room, and there is water leakage in the toilet. The bed is not comfy. Inside the hotel, the restaurant and cafe have not many food options. Marts are far away from the hotel.

Location, price, clean, comfortable bed
AC was leaking and sounds like a diesel machine in the middle of the night. Luckily bandung was quite cold or else i would be complained right away.

Staff is friendly and helped me so much. Express laundry service is a very nice option for many travelers, including me. Inside the hotel there is a small cafe where we can have some drinks.
The first night they allotted me a room on the second floor where the tap of the sink was broken. The toilet has no slippers, soap, or shampoo, so I bought myself from indomaret jalan jawa.
