The surrounding grounds are very beautiful by this complex. The property was clean and the kitchen had nice cookware and dishes. Directions were clear about the property. It was really close to restaurants and shopping but still quiet and relaxing. There was also a nice walking trail by the river and through the woods. The extra long double hot tub was great!
We were surprised to see a man's swim trunks hanging from the bathroom door when we arrived. That didn't make a good first impression. I chose the property because it listed air-conditioning on Booking.com narrative. This unit does not have air-conditioning. There was air-conditioning in the hallways but that did not help the inside room temperature. We used a box fan to blast air in from the deck but it was definitely not our sleeping temperature. We were disappointed. The pull down bed is firmer on the edges which means you roll towards the middle when you lay down. It may need replacing, was ok. The dining chairs are visibly soiled and could use some surface cleaning. Also, the bed pillows are visibly soiled as there are no pillow covers. You could see large places where liquid pooled. The pillow case only covers so much. Lastly, it would really be nice to have a couple more hooks for towels in the bathroom. There really was no place to hang them by the bathroom unless you used the storage rack.
