We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Albano and would generally recommend it, especially for families. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of four and very comfortably furnished in a charming Albanian style. It was exceptionally clean, and the three air-conditioning units worked perfectly. Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a washing machine were also available.
The kitchen was particularly well equipped, with plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, a coffee machine, spices and even tea. A dishwasher is not available, but otherwise we found the facilities excellent. The owners also kindly provided a barbecue with charcoal and everything needed to use it, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
The apartment has a lovely garden with various fruit trees and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace. The location is also a very good base for exploring southern Albania by car.
The owners were generally very friendly and helpful. As communication was sometimes affected by the language barrier, there were a few misunderstandings. We would only suggest taking a little extra care with written communication, as some messages could perhaps be interpreted differently than intended. We also appreciated the owner's wife's efforts in caring for the garden. During the cleaning, some of our personal belongings were rearranged, presumably with the intention of being helpful, although we would personally prefer our belongings to remain untouched unless requested. On the positive side, the cleaning itself was exceptionally thorough and exceeded our expectations, especially as we had not specifically requested it.
The surrounding village is very rural and agricultural, which gives the location an authentic local atmosphere, although it is perhaps less suited to guests looking for a particularly picturesque village.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and felt that the apartment offered excellent facilities, cleanliness and comfort.

Celý krásný velký dům s vlastni zahradou😊 Do města je to chvilku autem, na plaze také a přitom má človek klid, soukromí a výhled na hory😃 Prostorné pokoje, plné vybavení, ochotný pan domácí, půjčil nám i gril a uhlí na grilování.
Opravdu moc velká spokojenost👍 Rádi se vrátíme.
