The location was great, right in the historic centre and close to Via Mercanti.
Brilliant air conditioning, absolute life saver.
The kitchen was well equipped.
There was difficulty unlocking two out of the three doors to the property.
The owner wasn’t always available to communicate with, which isn’t ideal when two of the doors wouldn’t unlock and we couldn’t get in. Maybe if the locks been shown to us at the start we wouldn’t have had these problems.
The property was on the fourth floor with no lift, not clear from the listing.
There is a glass panel between the shower and bedroom, so you can see whoever is showering or on the toilet by looking through the panel. I wouldn’t have booked the property if this was clear on the photos.

The property is very beautiful and good price , we were welcomed by the family which was very friendly and nice , the host was available at all times and it made as feel at ease , she even helped us for a forgotten item we left at our check out , we would really recommend the place

The host is really nice and had thought of everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable and she gave us really good tips for places nearby to eat and visit .
