The location was good. The room was on the same floor as the entrance, which was convenient.
The room and facilities were overall clean and did not cause any issues during the stay.
The individually packaged coffee and tea amenities were provided, which is convenient and appreciated.
Wifi network was flawless and good for normal use.
- The washing machine’s water supply hose is connected to the hot water pipe, so even when set to the cold water wash mode, it uses hot water. As a result, washing with cold water is not possible, which causes damage to the fabric and results in wrinkles. I checked the piping under the sink, so I believe this understanding is correct.
- Also, since the refrigerator does not have an automatic defrost function, the freezer was completely covered in frost and was almost unusable.
- The pillows have a slight odor, so I think it would be more comfortable if not only the covers but also the pillow contents were cleaned regularly.
- The coffee in the jar was spoiled and unusable. Since the individually packaged items were available, I thought it would be better not to have the jarred coffee at all rather than leaving a spoiled one out.
