Das Haus hat eine Geschichte, wurde 1989 zu Wohnungen umgebaut - sehr spannend. Es war überall sehr sauber - vielen Dank dafür! Alles Notwendige des Alltags war vorhanden und wie neu, auch in der Küche. Ein gutes Brotmesser wäre noch wünschenswert.
Es gab leider keine Kaffeemaschine bzw. Cafeteria. Auf Nachfrage gab es dazu keine Erklärung. Morgens und am Nachmittag ist der Verkehr auf der Schlafzimmerseite bei offenem Fenster eher laut (Halt vor einer Ampel), auf der Wohnzimmerseite ist es dagegen immer völlig ruhig. In der Küche gab es kein fließend heißes Wasser, aber der gute Wasserkocher war ein sehr guter Helfer. Für den Esstisch mit Glasplatte wären Sets gut, aber wir kauften uns eine Tischdecke.

Quiet location, nicer area of Dundee. Grocery store within walking distance (not all the way down the hill/center of town). Nice to have laundry available. It's s small machine so opted to do quick wash, no dry, and hung our clothes on drying rack provided.
The hair dryer is funky...more like a hand dryer attached to the ceiling. It does not work to style hair. Also the curtains need to add 10 cm to the length to block light from outside.

The property was spotless. The kitchen was well kitted out and the bathroom had plenty of soap, shampoo etc. location was very easy to find and parking no problem.
My husband and I found the bed to be quite small. We are both slim builds but found we struggled for space when both in the bed. My husband is 6ft and his feet were touching the bottom of the bed. This however is our only qualm and we would happily stay here again.

The hot water tap was very slow when running a bath, and the pillows were to thin that bad I slept on the mattress and gave the pillows to my pratener
Nothing it was all ok except waiting an hour and a half for a bath
