The location suited me well - lots of coffee shops, close to the station, walkable to the river and interesting areas such as Hangdae and Mangwon. The host was very kind in helping me enjoy my stay.
It is a basement flat so inevitably the natural light is limited: this is not a criticism, it is in the nature of the place.

Location main positive
Room smaller than expected , no space to lounge . Laundry had odour . Ac in first room did not work properly. A lot of rules and expectations . Upset instructions to get in were missing a component and when pointed out there was no apology or acceptance
