Great to go to a concert or game walking distance to a lot of clubs bars, restaurants, and entertainment
Parking was way too far away would like to have a cart or something for bags or something in the booking that tells you to bring something to carry your bags to the room

Large property and great value
There was no bedding for the sofa bed and when I sent a message about this there was no answer

The location was very good, within walking distance to many sites. Bed was very comfortable.
The security guard was outstanding, I think his name was Greg(?). He was so helpful and friendly.
The check in procedure and parking info. Under Important Information it is very misleading. It says guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check in, but instead you have to submit a picture of your id and complete a 6 questionnaire. To me this would imply someone would be at the property to help with the checkin. It also does not state that you have choose one of 2 options - a $60 non refundable damage waiver, or a $250 refundable damage waiver held on your cc for 7 days. We chose this option and took pictures of some of the areas that had questionable marks/dents on the wall. You have to choose this option BEFORE you get a special code and directions on the check in process and obtaining access to the condo. This "checkin" process is not fully disclosed until AFTER you have booked and paid for the stay. Had we not had the assistance of the very friendly and helpful security guard I'm not sure how we would have gotten access. Also, the parking was an issue. It was not fully explained where the parking garage was and what the process was. We had to pay $25 for each day up front and then submit to host for review. He replied he had no one available to drop off the pass and therefore was denying the request, which was already charged to our cc and stayed on the card for 7 days.
While this is certainly not a requirement but perhaps a guestbook would nice so that others may get some ideas on restaurants, etc. Perhaps some literature on places to see would also be helpful. Finally, the condo not look like what pictured on the Booking site.
