Passable considering the price

Very close to the city centre and cheap

They could make it a way better stay just investing the minimum. In the welcome message they give instructions for collecting the key which are just false. You have to contact the property and then after calling several times they would send a video with a completely different place. There was not hand soap nor shower towels nor linens, just a blanket which was not clean. I believe changing those small things would become the stay much more pleasant and a great option considering the price.

Nulla, non ho potuto soggiornare a causa delle condizioni igieniche precarie (asciugamani e lenzuola usate dai precedenti ospiti, cibo avariato nel frigo, pezzi di carta igienica usati sul tappeto nel bagno)

Nulla. Staff irraggiungibile via telefono, comunicazione solamente via whatsapp e non fluida (rispondono dopo diverse insistenze). Le chiavi non sono posizionate all’indirizzo dell’appartamento ma in un altra strada a circa 150 metri, l’appartamento è al 4 piano ma solo i primi 3 piani sono raggiungibili via ascensore. Serrature della porta dell’appartamento da aprire al contrario, doccia rotto. Inoltre, l’annuncio è ingannevole: non è presente una “separate bedroom” con letto alla francese, ma esclusivamente un divano letto in “living room”.

Logement à un bel endroit, calme, mais encore à améliorer.

L'emplacement et le calme. Une partie du mobilier était neuve. Il y avait quelques céramiques comme décoration.

Ce studio n'est pas encore prêt pour la location. Il n'y a pas de lumière dans les couloirs de ce dernier étage où le studio se trouve. Le linge de lit ne correspond pas au standard dans un logis hôtelier. Il y a des finitions qui manquent encore. La tapisserie des chaises de cuisine est déchirées. La boîte de clé en bas n'est pas encore accrochée.
