Struttura Molto curata, giardini paradisiaci pedonale molto gentile e sempre disponibile cucina al TOP veramente di ottimo livello e materie prime di primissima qualità. Una menzione speciale agli animatori simpaticissimi e mai invadenti come mi é capitato in altre strutture. Lollo è il numero 1 ha un carisma veramente notevole, riesce a coinvolgere tutti con la sua simpatia e professionalità facendo trovare a proprio agio i clienti già dal primo giorno. La tranquillità, circondati da dune

Servizi generali ok(reception, piscina, shopping, bar e ristoranti). Pulizia camera buona e cambio asciugamani giornaliero, i 2 bar e i 2 ristoranti sono molto organizzati(servizio attento e gentile) con varietà di cibo di buon livello. Animazione simpatica e non invadente per noi che non avevamo figli a seguito. >Spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti veramente comoda e bellissima da passeggiare. Struttura isolata e serve auto/navette per raggiungere posti la sera. Cmq se si cerca relax e tranquillità si può stare benissimo dentro che non manca niente

Prenotato camera come da foto su booking ma abbiamo ricevuto tutt'altro, quindi conviene mettere foto precise di quello che si da! Infatti abbiamo ricevuto una camera al primo piano(188) senza tavolino fuori, esposta al sole su tutti i 4 lati e considerato anche il tetto in legno siamo stati costretti ad avere sempre l'aria condizionata accesa che tra l'altro è datata in quanto ha solo regolazione di velocità e non di deumidificazione per esempio. Inoltre su posizione 3 era impossibile da tenere per il rumore! secondo me conviene mettere delle zanzariere cosi si può risparmiare energia e sfruttare il venticello piacevole della Sardegna. Bagno un pò scomodino in quanto le asciugamani viso sono posizionate di fianco alla doccia. Ultimo suggerimento: gli ombrelloni in spiaggia sono troppo vicini e tutti invadono spazi di tutti! cosa strana che di fianco è tutta spiaggia libera e consiglierei di allargarsi un pò.

The location was great, with a private sandy beach, with sun beds and umbrellas provided for the guests. The staff were very polite and helpful - including people working in the restaurants, shop, pool, beach, reception, housekeeping, animators and the young people working with the animators were also great. Breakfast and dinner were great, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. There was alway fresh veggies for salad. I especially liked the coffee - unlike other hotels where coffee is usually bad, here the coffee was exceptional - real Italian coffee, coffee machines were pro, there were plat-based milk alternatives to choose from as well and decaf coffee options too. The restaurant was very clean with the staff changing table cloths after every meal. Pool area was good too. Overall hotel was clean and room cleaning with fresh towels was provided daily. Animator programs were fun. It seemed like a good hotel for a whole family. Dinner in the pizza restaurant is included once per your stay as well and the pizza there was really good too.

There was no wi-fi in the rooms or other places. The only place with wi-fi was on the pool. This might work for most of the guests, as they are mostly Italian going for holidays, however it might be a bit inconvenient for foreigners or for people working remotely. The room was being cleaned daily and I can confirm towels were being washed as I was seeing staff taking them out of fresh plastic bags, however there were almost always dark stains that probably were unable to be removed on the white towels. There were a couple of hair pieces in the shower on the first day, but the next days it was quite clean, so I disregarded it and can still claim that the hotel was maintaining a good level of cleanness. Water was provided in the room only once then it was available only during breakfast or dinner or for purchase, but it worked for us. There was not coffee machine in the room, coffee was provided on the breakfast, but they had paper cups too, so it was ok. There were very few staff speaking English, but probably because they mostly have Italian guests, nevertheless we managed to understand each others and it was a pleasant stay for us overall and I would choose to stay here again.
