Un appartamento proprio al centro di Luino

L'appartamento si trova proprio nel cuore di Luino: a due passi dal lungolago, vicino il Comune. È molto accogliente, con un gusto davvero notevole per l'arredamento. È pulitissimo e il proprietario è stato molto chiaro nel darci le giuste indicazioni riguardo, ad esempio, come fare il check in o come gestire la raccolta differenziata. Dimenticavo di scrivere che L'appartamento si trova al quarto piano di un condominio che però è dotato di un comodo ascensore.

L'unica pecca è stata, secondo me, un po' di incuria nella manutenzione. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la serratura e con la maniglia della porta, oltre al fatto che si è staccato spesso il porta carta igienica. In generale dovrebbero essere apportate delle piccole migliorie per rendere il tutto ancora più confortevole :)

Rapporto qualità-prezzo? NULLO. Decisamente troppo cara per servizi scadenti.

L’unica cosa positiva della struttura è la posizione.

La casa era apparentemente pulita. Noi abbiamo l’abitudine di camminare scalzi per rispetto, e i piedi/calze sono diventati neri in pochi passi per scoprire che il pavimento era sporco e pieno di polvere così come il resto della casa. Gli asciugamani “lavati” ma non igienizzati e controllati, perché abbiamo avuto la piacevole scoperta di trovare peli e capelli (altrui chiaramente), così come le lenzuola, ruvide e sporche tanto da aver dovuto mettere un asciugamano per dormire dato che la sensazione era altamente SGRADEVOLE.
