Appreciated complementary pick up from Airport. Comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly staff.
All was good

The hotel is not located right by the lake, as tourists visiting Bahir Dar might expect, but its many positive qualities more than make up for this. Plenty of tuk-tuks are available just outside the hotel and will take you anywhere for a very modest fare.
The staff are efficient, friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and the standard of cleanliness is excellent. The hotel manager is highly capable: he keeps his team motivated and is always friendly and approachable with guests.
I did not find any significant shortcomings. The restaurant has a fairly limited menu, as is common locally, so some flexibility is helpful. However, the quality of the food and ingredients is excellent.
