Janáčkovo divadlo a centrum v příjemné vzdálenosti. Veřejné parkoviště kousek od objektu. Někdo, kdo je v Brně delší dobu, ocení obchod s potravinami v těsném sousedství s otevírací dobou do 21:00. Ubytovatel dal v předstihu vědět podrobnosti o předání klíčů a o možnosti se ubytovat dříve, než bylo avizováno.
Informace k ubytování jsou mírně zavádějící, chybí popis, že parkování je v garážích za úhradu. Bazén není "soukromý", ale veřejný a není v objektu. Asi by stálo popsat, jak se do garáží dostat, navigace to úplně nezvládá. Umyvadlo v koupelně špatně odtékalo, s ohledem na krátkodobý pobyt a čas jsme to s ubytovatelem na místě neřešili.

Appartement très bien situé, propre, très bien équipé dans une résidence de standing.
Dommage que l'arrivée ne soit pas autonome. Nous avons attendu 30 minutes dans notre voiture que quelqu'un nous apporte les clés.
L'annonce et les photos décrivent une piscine. Celle-ci est en extra et en travaux.
Le titre de l'annonce décrit "parking" mais il est payant : 17 € par nuit.
Pas de machine à café.

Many wet towels and sheets that seemed to have been used by the previous guest were hung on in the bedroom…
And we had only 3 bass towels, no face towels.
Soap was empty in the bottle.
A lady waited for us in front of the building to give us a key was not able to speak and understand English.
So it was difficult to ask for everything.
We found some used tissues by the bed and hairs on the floor.
The owner of this room was nice person, it is really shame if he/she doesn’t know this fact.
