Struttura molto pulita ed accogliente, fornita di tutti i servizi di prima necessità!
Collegata bene, alle varie città principali, NIZZA, CANNES, MONACO.

Appartamento adatto per 2 persone e fornito di tutti i servizi necessari. Si trova in una delle vie piu ricche di negozi e supermercati quindi molto comodo fare spesa anche a piedi/bici. È a due passo dal lungomare e con un po di strada si raggiungono le spiagge della zona
Di fianco all'entrata del palazzo c'è un bar per le scommesse frequentato da persone locali/ extracomunitarie che riducono il livello di sicurezza e tranquillità percepito soprattutto la sera. Si tratta comunque di un piccolo particolare, non c'è stato alcun tipo di problema anzi la vacanza è stata meravigliosa

This studio flat is a modern, clean and compact unit. It's location is just perfect. Two minutes walk in either direction to a pretty well stocked supermarket. Opposite is a wonderful bakery with freshly baked that day breads and cakes. You are less than 10 minutes walk from one of the beaches, 5 minutes walk from the hippodrome where besides holding race meeting also hold other events. However, what really makes this location really fantastic is its close proximity to the train station. Catch a train and well within 15 minutes you are in the heart of Nice wherebyou can take a train, tram or even a bus anywhere (including the airport). The whole of the Cote D'Azure is easily accessible, Cannes, Menton, Eze, Monaco and Monte Carlo to name a few places. From the flat to the train station is only a 5 minute walk! The town has a free shuttle bus which can take you along the seafront to one of approximately 5 beaches. The medieval town on the hill is a must place to explore the castle built around 1400 is surrounded by ancient houses which are still in use today and kept in a fantastic condition. One home has a date plaque above the door stating 1666! A great place to explore.
The pillows - too big and they virtually squash flat when you put your head down.
