Outstanding Service Recovery and Exceptional Breakfast Team!
We had a fantastic stay at The H Dubai! While we encountered a minor snag during our stay, what truly set this hotel apart was how management handled it. They stepped up immediately, took full ownership, and made everything right with genuine hospitality and speed. A huge thank you to Mr. Mahesh Gaude for handling things so professionally!
A massive shout-out to the incredible breakfast staff! They made our mornings special every single day—warm, attentive, and so welcoming. A huge hit with our family was the fresh pancake station; the kids absolutely loved them and looked forward to breakfast every morning.
Many thanks to Mr. Sharad M—a man with a great smile—and the rest of the team! It’s rare to see a staff care so much about their guests' experience. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

I’ve always loved the rooms here, and the recent renovations have made them even nicer. The newer rooms are beautiful and definitely one of the reasons I enjoy staying at this hotel.
I was disappointed that I wasn’t informed at the time of booking that the spa would be out of service and that several amenities would be unavailable. One of the main reasons I choose to stay at this hotel is specifically for the spa, so this significantly affected my experience.
I also found the valet team at the rear entrance less attentive than expected, particularly when it came to assisting with luggage.
It’s unfortunate, as I’ve enjoyed staying here before. For a five-star hotel, I do think guests should be informed in advance when key facilities are unavailable, and the overall level of service should reflect the standard the hotel presents itself as offering.
