Falta absoluta de privacidad y sensación constante de vigilancia

Experiencia muy decepcionante para una familia de 7 personas. Lo más grave fue la falta de privacidad y la sensación constante de estar vigilados. Al reservar una casa independiente con piscina privada esperábamos tranquilidad, pero la vivienda colindante, vinculada a la propiedad, tiene visibilidad directa sobre gran parte de la parcela. En varias ocasiones vimos personas observándonos desde balcones y ventanas e incluso asomándose por encima de la valla.
Viajábamos con una niña de 7 años, por lo que esta situación nos resultó especialmente preocupante. Además, había cámaras en el interior de la vivienda, algo que consideramos que debería informarse claramente antes de reservar. La propietaria llegó a comunicarnos situaciones que habían “observado” durante nuestra estancia un tercer perro y que se habían tirado a la piscina y, al preguntar si nos vigilaban, respondió que la información procedía de “diferentes fuentes”.
También tuvimos problemas con los depósitos: tras pagar los 50 € del tercer perro, se nos exigieron otros 200 € adicionales a los 300 € ya entregados, llegando a indicarnos que debíamos abandonar el alojamiento si no aceptábamos. Tuvimos que dedicar horas a gestionar el problema con Booking.
Además, la piscina estaba muy sucia a nuestra llegada, la casa no resulta cómoda para ocho personas y la escalera de caracol dificulta mucho el uso de las distintas plantas , es hasta peligrosa. En la planta de la cocina, solo pueden comer 3-4 personas ya que la mesa de comedor es una mesa de centro. Para comer en familia, teníamos que bajar las escaleras de caracol con la comida a la planta baja porque porque no había cocina. Encontramos también normas no indicadas claramente en el anuncio, incluyendo límites de consumo eléctrico y la prohibición de utilizar la barbacoa anunciada.
