The check-in process was completely smooth. Everything was in order, and the staff provided great service. The breakfast was fantastic every single day as well.

A localização é excelente , muito próxima do centro e mantendo a tranquilidade. O quarto é grande com camas confortáveis (ficamos no quarto 13). Chuveiro com água quentinha. Don David ajudou muito quando precisamos de assistência.
Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções. A limpeza do banheiro precisa ser melhorada.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location, very close to Ollantaytambo Plaza and the market. The hotel has beautiful gardens and wonderful views, making it a very pleasant place to stay.
The shower took quite a while to heat up, but I understand that this may have been due to the cold weather. We also weren’t particularly impressed with the breakfast. Since it was served early in the morning, having to heat the coffee in the microwave wasn’t particularly appealing, and overall, the breakfast experience could have been better.

El jardín exterior
Se publica el alojamiento con unos servicios que no tiene, el personal no es nada atento, pedimos desayuno para llevar y no nos lo prepararon y luego cuando reclamamos nos dijeron que se lo había llevado otra persona. Tuvimos goteras en la habitación y se mojó todo el colchón (por suerte tenían una habitación libre y parte de la familia pudo dormir en una cama seca.
