Сочетание цены и качество было отличным и даже превысило ожидания. Мне рекомендовали эту квартиру, а я там останавливалась недавно и рекомендовала подруге Svetlana Serg, и забронировала для неё по ее просьбе. Хозяин проявил гибкость,чтобы устроить ее на одну ночь в связи с личными обстоятельствами. Нашла квартиру легко по адресу, описанию и фото-инструкции. Необыкновенно просторная квартира, много воздуха, балкон , виды на море, и всё очень чисто, как новое, элитный пляж рядом!- бесплатно, просто напиток купить в Бокала ресторане и можно наслаждаться морем, лежаками с тенью, прозрачной водой и волшебными видами на горы. Шикарно!!!
Такого чтобы "не понравилось" вообще нет и я привычная к склонам в Черногории, небольшой подъем к дому есть, но на фото это честно показано хозяином. Все хорошо.

The location was exactly as described in the ad meeting my expectation and logistics as I was moving from another place in Herceg Novi to this apartment to be closer to Tivat airport. I honor that honest description where the owner said about 100 meters gradually elevated slope and no steps - it was important for me for pulling my suitcase. The fact that the building was not right at the road level was, in fact, the plus! - away from traffic nois3e and providing nice view to the magnificent Kotor/Boka Bay water body and the mountains across the bay. I took a leisure ferry ride to Lepetani and back during the day-time confirming that it is reliable for my next day trip to Tivat airport. The location is THE PLUS! - in combination of quietness, privacy, logistically and transportation to Tivat side by ferry, to Herceg Novi by bus, and Kamenari is right in the rout to Kotor-city easily accessible. Again, quality of the place/location completely met my expectation and the price was well balanced!
The interior: what a premium apartment! - staying in many places, I can judge how "tired"/resemblance of a heavy use the dwelling is compared to this WONDERFUL, meticulously clean and well-maintained apartment this was! Every inch of the floor, walls, amenities, kitchen, bath and on, - were sterile!, and it is not to overstate, - indeed, the cleanness was exceptional. Bed and bedding quality - 5/5, air-conditioning - Yes!, hot water - yes! (pretty much instant hot water, do not have to wait minutes and minutes as it has often happened in other places I stayed), all the kitchen things - Supplied, towels - nice set, balcony - nice view with balcony furniture to enjoy and relax!, I used my short stay in full here and would recommend it to my friends.
I liked everything, - there was nothing that I did not like: I built my expectation based on the property description, directions and illustrating photographs which have me a clear idea of the location, outside surrounding and the interior. The "disappointing" mark by a previous review led me to read the explanation by the host - apparently, that guest had left without paying: being confused by the address, he/she assumed some other location, as I understood, but disregarded the property direction specifically provided. Again, that person had never seen the place inside (!) and the location confusing was not caused by the host but by the guest relying on some default map, unfortunately. Therefore, I went ahead and booked the place which satisfied me completely.

Розташування апартаментів зручне, недалеко від паромної переправи. Обладнана кухня, є пральна машина. Легкий і постійний звязок з господарями. Снєжа відгукувалась на всі наші прохання. Зручні ліжка, вид з балкона на Боко-Которську затоку просто чудовий. Вранці пити каву, а ввечері спостерігати за величезними круїзними лайнерами з келихом вина - мрія! Зручне розташування для одноденних поїздок до Херцог Нові, Пераста та Котора. Близько до аеропорту Тіват.
Відсутність Wi-Fi, хоча про це сказано у деталях бронювання. Дуже крутий та вузький підйом до будинку, треба мати вміння, щоб виїхати нагору.
