Absolute catastrophe , please do not stay here

Liked it at first till we got robbed and suffered post traumatic stress , had to move and pay out of my own money so we felt safe

Window was broken above where my partner would have been sleeping , bedroom window broken into even though locked and jewellery and belongings stolen ,no cctv footage, no safe in bedroom , and booking.com did not move us neither owners , daughter wanted to go to bed with knife next to her absolutely catastrophe, tour for Gibraltar cancelled next day no refund on not going had to wait for police and get statements
