Staying here 10days because of works. But the situation makes me frustrated and disappointed for what I pay for.

The house is very spacious and has a super nice view.

Firstly, the cleaning is truly disappointing. Kitchen part, may notice some of the chili/tomato sauce packet that left by previous customer. The microwave is oily and even mould can be spotted. Some of the provided utensil has been rusted a bit. Yard floor is dusty too. Living room part, we turn on the fan immediately some thick dust flew off from the fan. Then only we realised the dust on the fan has been accumulated for a very long time. Bedroom is still fine, although there’s some yellow stain on the bedsheets. But, there’s a blue sanitary pad packaging flew out of no where. And it not belong to one of us, and we don’t even know what brand is it. :) Toilets are the worst. The master bathroom has very poor drainage system. It took few hours to completely draining all the water. And may spot those moulds at the wall of the bathroom. The floor also becomes slimy slippery when your foot is wet. What makes me more frustrating is that the owner was not aware of the changing of parking system in the building. During the last day of our stay, we were asked to pay for parking to leave. We contacted the owner, and the owner did apologise and willing to return RM50 for this incident.

Perfect family stay with amazing views.

The view is amazing. The property was very clean and provided enough towels for my family of 4. The property is spacious enough for everyone to have a place to relax without being all over each other. There’s a bathtub as well as showers. There is a Happy Mart just steps from the entrance of the building. It is near to Straits Quay and Island Plaza so you will not be bored for places to go.

There was an issue with parking, but the security guards ended up helping provide a parking space for us.
