Ordiliah (the host) gave us so much more than we paid for.
She went above and beyond to make sure we had the full Diani and Mombasa experience.
She even took us to unplanned places and stayed with us for almost 5 hours while we shopped, helping us negotiate in Kiswahili.
She ain't just running a business she is a dedicated guide and helper, especially those visiting Kenya for the first time who don’t know the area yet.
She also arranged our airport transfer, and by the time we reached our stay we already knew everything we needed to enjoy Mombasa to the fullest.
The only thing that would make this place 10/10 is having backup power.
We had a power outage for about 2-3 hours due to an issue with the electricity supplier that affected the whole area.
Other than that, everything was perfect.
I would happily pay a bit more if a generator was included.
Right now the price is much lower than the level of service they provide, so it absolutely makes sense to add it.
