I went here to stay overnight so I could go for a long run on Nandi hills.
This is a decent restaurant with ample parking and they have ~10 rooms attached. Place is right on the main road to Nandi and < 400m from the forest checkpost.
I have eaten here before but didn't know they had rooms.
For those who are looking for a place to stay the night and quickly get to the checkpost before crowds get here, this is a great place. The food was good and they were serving till after 9pm - whereas all other restaurants in the area had closed by 8pm. The room was comfortable - sheets were clean, AC was working and bathroom was clean. I got great value for money as well.
I would definitely be back soon and would bring some running buddies with me.

Friendly staff, good food
No tea/coffee in room, no chairs, no sink in the washroom, water service and AC interrupted during the stay.
