Nicely refurbished ,secluded house with a spacious garden, terrace & grill in a very quiet area, close to the village center, bakery, pastry shop, grocery, supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. Ideal to make walk around in the rural area of Povljana, Nearest beach Plaza Periko is quite nice with good basic amenities and available free parking ( actually can be reachable also by foot in 5 min
Kitchen equipment may be improved, with some proper knives,cheese grater,ice cube tray and maybe with a simple coffee machine Had minor problem with ants coming in from outside a wandering around the kitchen so bought and installed an ant killer.
