Very bad experience.

Nothing

Very awful smell as we entered the house. We booked for 28,29,30/08/26. Weed and toilet smell as we entered the property.so we left the window open the smell became very strong and small flies were in the kitchen so opened the garden door in kitchen to see poo and tissue just outside the door. Immediately shut the kitchen door. Meanwhile the first person used the toilett and we saw water falling from the pipeline outside that started dripping through the windows that we kept open for fresh air.We Immediately shut the window. We tried ringing booking. Com and Westminster apartment.Booking.com has contacted Westminster Apartments but they didn't respond to them yet. The next day they cleaned and fixed the pipe outside but the smell was still there.The trouble we went through was soo huge that we had to stay and spend the whole day outside. It was disgusting smell.we sprayed airfreshner. we immediately took all our belongings and kids upstairs to use only the upper portion. We were 9 altogether.5 among them were kids. We booked and travelled longway to enjoy our stay.We neither could use the top portion fully or the lower portion fully. We had to walk to downstairs toilet as we were not able to use the upper toilet.we were not able to use the bedroom downstairs too because of the disgusting smell. We had to go out at night to get some fresh air outside. At night we had to sleep on the floor on top floor because we couldn't use downstairs at all. Our stay was totally ruined and frustrating.

Good value for a visit to Crewe.

Large, well equipped kitchen, all I needed, a selection of biscuits and tea and coffee waiting in the kitchen when I arrived, located within a 10 minute walk to a cinema, food places, shopping facilities, the main late stores.

Steep stairs is the only thing of note, not an issue for me but worth mentioning

Terrible experience due to behavior of property personnel

Newly refurbished. Clean on arrival.

Multiple issues. Very poor locality. Lack of towels. No beddings or pillows or duvet provided for use of sofa bed despite knowing family of 4 is staying. For the first time in years of experience with booking.com found very poor hosts. They came barged into the property on day of check our at 9.45am saying '' your check is at 10am we are very busy today''. We checked out well within 10am and felt completely invaded into our privacy with no permission or even basic etiquette of knocking on the door. Never have we seen a cleaner and another random person walk into our booked premises reminding us that they are running busy and we need to check out at a certain time. Would never recommend this place to anyone at all. Infact quite surprised booking.com has allowed this sort of behaviour on their platform.

I found it easy to park having driven up the south, and the accommodation was very clean and tidy, comfortable and warm. Looking forward to my day in the Peak district today.

I couldn't fault this stay.
